We offer several types of process service to meet your needs, from Standard Service of Process, Same Day Service of Process as well as Stake Out Service of Process. Our trained staff will discuss your needs and will determine the most cost effective and timely way to accomplish your goal. If your documents need to be served in an area we don't cover, don't worry - we will find someone to complete the job for you and notify you of the rate before forwarding the documents to another company.

INVESTIGATIONS UNIT:
We have trained investigators available to assist you pre-litigation or as you prepare for trial. It is our policy that our investigators are retained by a law firm or other corporate entity working with corporate counsel. This policy ensures that the work of our investigators is protected to the fullest extend of the law and remains confidential as necessary. There are some circumstances that we will work directly with parties directly however those are evaluated on a case by case basis.

All investigations completed by U.S. Court Services Private Investigators must have a Permissable Purpose and comply with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
